Boone County Chili Bowl Cook Off and Trivia:The Danville Fire Dept. Auxiliary are hosting a Chili Bowl Cookoff, and Trivia game at the fire house Nov. 7, 2009. No entry fee, but a 3 gallon minumum is required to enter the cook off. The chili will be sold to the public after the judging, with all proceeds benefitting the DVFD. If you wish to join you must have your own grill or cooking equipment and chili ingredients. Judging will be at 12:oo noon. In case of bad weather or if you do not have the equipment, you may cook at home and bring your finished chili to the judges by noon. Try to win the CHILI BOWL TROPHY! Trivia will begin at 1:00 pm. Who is the smartest group in Boone county come play trivia with us, and find out. You do not have to participate in the cookoff to play trivia , there is a fee per person to play.
